Yesterday was Sree birthday. We had a small cut cake celebration for her in the office before 5pm.

After work, went to Sentul to look for my second sister and dad. Boyfriend came to meet me there for a drink. We had a simple dinner and went to night market together. Hehe, it was my first time went night market with my dad, though not only two of us. *Happy*
Me and dad bought a bag of green apples each. An apple a day, keep doctor away! It is good for cleaning urinary stone or kidney stone. My dad bought more because his condition is more serious.
I felt better after taking the Himalaya Cystone for months. I think I will go to buy a bottle for my dad. But most importantly is to drink more water and do not hold urine when you really need to go toilet.
Since me and dad also having the same problem. I just browse and read through some article about Kidney stone (or urinary stone). It seems like it only happened to women enter 50s. Of cause I am not, I think I am more refer to eating habits or family history.
