Still A Lucky Star

Again, I forgot to renew my season parking pass which due date yesterday, but I only realized when I had problem coming in to the car park this morning. Although it does not happen all the time, but it really wasted my time to get down to pay for it in a rush! Because I already late to work! Grrrr! (Sorry, it’s again!)

Well, KLCC season parking fee has increased again. Effective from December onwards, the new parking rate will be RM180 per month.

Too sad I have no choice because KLCC parking rate is still the cheapest around this area. *feeling a lil helpless actually*

Sree brought some Muruku and biscuits to office today. She said she made it all. Hahaha! (Should I believe her then?)

Surprisingly I discovered something NEW! It is a Star shape thingy!

I don’t know what should I called it, it’s a type of biscuit and tastes great! Last time I used to help up my mum in preparing this type of biscuit during Chinese New Year, but all with the same old shape, ROUND! Though I like the round one too, but this Star shape one is so special and super cute! I’m loving it! *Wink*

Please forgive for my childishness. *Shy*

Last night went to Sunway Pyramid to have a movie with my boyfriend. We watched “The Coffin”. It’s a Thai movie with HK actress, Karen Mok. I’m a lazy to write about the synopsis of this movie, so copied from TGV website.

“Many Thai people believe that lying down in a coffin is a part of the death-before-dying ritual to prolong one’s life by playing dead. Chris (Ananda Everingham), an architect who is extremely claustrophobic but with hope to lengthen his girlfriend’s (Aki Shibuya)life, Chris decides to overcome his fear by being in the coffin. Zoe (Karen Mok), a nutritionist, takes care of her health religiously. However, only 2 weeks before marrying her fiancé (Andrew Lin), Zoe finds out that she’s in the final stage of lung cancer. Zoe then runs away to Thailand and discovers the coffin ceremony and decides to participate in order to save her own life. Chris and Zoe are confronted by a series of paranormal and terrifying incidents. Both might have to sacrifice their lives to unfold the truth.”

Well, I don’t feel like writing any reviews for this movie. Reason? Hmmm…I went to watch this movie simply because it’s a ghost movie. I have been watching too many ghost movies, and this movie for me is still alright only.

Personally I strongly disagree people to involve themselves into such a ritual which is very bad in Chinese believe. However, I do believe that Karma does exist around us. Yes, we can’t change the fate but we can actually do something else to make our fate better in the other way.

Fate may have determined by God, but for me, fate is still in our hand. We have to put effort to make our life better and greater. May be I would say: Rewards doesn’t come in easily without hard work. Don’t you think so?

Be good and live well, that is my responsibility.

Just had a satisfied “free” lunch with colleagues (my boss paid for the bill) at Hot Spot, L24. We had pizza, curry fish head, duck breast meat with sweet potato, Chicken Teppanyaki, Kampong fried rice and a chicken salad.

Our appetizer, Chicken Salad.

Chicken Pizza

Marinated duck breast with sweet pototo, nice!

Curry Fish Head, the taste of curry just exactly the same like those Indian style "Kuar Ikan"
Chicken Teppanyaki, the gravy a lil bit sweet.

Kampung frid rice, very spicy!

I also ordered a very healthy drink that mixed with All Berries (Strawberries, Raspberries…blah blah blah). The drink is awesome!

I am damn full now and made me feel so sleepy after a heavy lunch!

*OMG! I miss my bed again*
