Ipoh Part 1 - People

As mentioned in my earlier blog, I was assigned to help out in company roadshow event at our Perak Turf Club. Yeah, did I mention that I am working at Damacai? Yup, I am working at Damacai (Pan Malaysian Pools) on CRM management system and Customer Management. Well, what I do for the company, I do not really want to mention it here, because it is quite private and confidential. Haha! And due to the staff shortage, I accepted the request from boss to help out at the turf club, to do recruitment and also to attend the viewing party which was organised by the company.

This trip was quite special because I drove up to Ipoh by myself! *Cool!* Haha! And the good thing about it was, I can claim the mileage and travel allowance! Though not much but at least I got an entitlement of MYR500 for 3 days! It was actually only 2 days because on the third day, the journey drove back to office has already took up half day! :P

We stayed at Syuen Hotel and our room is so small! My colleuge got a VIP room while me and another colleague only got a standard room! Hmmp! But it's alright, because it did not different much as I was so tired when came back from work and straight away fell asleep before 12! :P

The weather was pretty hot and I was sweat like hell! Lucky I brought along my own mini fan which perfectly useful under the hot sun. (^_^)

Of course, what do we expect after a long hard day? YES! It's happy hour time! (^_^) Cheers!

I wonder when will we have the chance to go for this kind of outstation roadshow again! Then we do not have to stay in the office everyday. :P
