Evening Primose Oil (EPO) [月见草油] is my only supplement since years besides Vitamin C. It was recommended by doctor when I was having skin problem and also advice to prevent cancer.

Bought another 3 bottles from Guardian yesterday. Now they are having promotion and selling at only RM97.90. Which has 100 capsules each, and I usually eat 1 capsule a day, which mean 1 bottle can last for 3 months on my case. (^_^)

EPO has its healing power and has been used in women group which contains essential fatty acid GLA, to help counteract the effects of premenstrual syndrome. Besides, it does help alleviate breast pain, bloating, depression, and monthly cramps from monthly menstrual. It also helps in healing skin condition such as eczema, and also to promote healthy skin complexion. It also beneficial for a number of other conditions, such as hypertension and high blood cholesterol, diabetic neuropathy, improved immune function and certain forms of cancer.

I take 1 capsule a day in the afternoon after meal. I do not know if it really helps in others aspect, but it does help on my monthy menstrual pain few years ago. Furthermore, my skin has improve and the complexion is much healthy too.

月见草油(Evening Primrose Oil )
