Go North - Sekinchan! 北上 - 适根庄

It was not the first time I went back hometown. Well, I do not have to explain more, let's the pictures do the talking this time. The sunset was so beautiful when we were on our back home. (^_^)
回家乡已经不是什么新鲜事,所以也不用我多说吧!当天的夕阳依旧美丽,再次让我无法不爱我的家乡。好吧,看图去!
But at last, I must say, the salted crabs in Sekinchan is the best of the best! And the lala-jian (fried clam with egg and flour paste) is also worth a try especial eat together with the crab or serve with a mug of beer. (^_^)
不过,最后不得不提的是,我家乡的盐炬蟹还是一样非常好吃!外壳有点咸咸的海盐味,虽然和壳内鲜中带甜的蟹肉有着强烈的对比,可是却巧妙的带出海鲜应有的新鲜度和口感,我一直都是给这一道菜5颗星!另外还可以点个啦啦煎来当陪衬品,喝口冰冻啤酒,简直就是:爽啊!
