我一直以来都有喝茶的习惯,从传统的中国茶(最喜欢普洱)、东洋的绿茶(最喜欢原片的)、西洋的花茶(最喜欢玫瑰) 等等,还有就是今天从Isetan超市新添入的玄米茶。
I have a habit, I like to drink tea, from the traditional Chinese tea (most like Pu Er), Japanese green tea (most like the whole leave type), Western flowers tea (my most favourite is rose tea), etc, and also the Genmaicha (Roasted rice green tea) that I just bought today from Isetan supermarket. 

会喜欢上喝茶,尤其是带有嫩绿色的茶叶,是因为爱上茶叶在80度的温水中慢慢释放出怡人的芬芳,茶中独特的清香,清淡却持久,慢慢品尝在口中,韵味无穷。
I like to drink tea, especial those comes with whole dried tea leave but still verdantly green. I love to smell the pleasant fragrance released from the tea leaves in a 80 degree warm water. The tea fragrance is very unique, light but persistent which leaves a lasting taste in our mouth.

The Genmaicha in my elegant lotus tea cup slowly turns into a light green and yellowish colour. The smell of the mixtures of brown rice and green tea are incredibly good. It makes me feel happy for the rest of the day.

The brown rice contains 100% large amount of dietary fiber to help on diet and digestion. Besides, it is also rich in Vitamin E and Collagen that is good for our skin. *Blah..blah…blah!!*
