别人的眼光

昨天下午和另一家公司的朋友在楼下闲聊抽菸。然后，有个男生经过，看了我再看。朋友说，他很讨厌那个男看我的眼神，好像要把我吞进肚子似的，很想把他的眼睛给挖出来。

我听了便大笑，告诉他其实眼睛是生在别人身上，为何要那么在乎别人怎么看呢？你也不是在看别人，不然怎会知道他在看我呢？你可以看，别人不可以看吗？

也许我已经“习惯”了（并不是特意在说自己美丽或者丑陋），走在那里，经过的人总喜欢在打量，或者会再回头看。无论是好意或是贬意，男的或是女的，我都不是很在意。

我也很喜欢看别人，但是就一定要有技巧。看得让人不舒服，就别再刻意去看了。要明白，尊重别人也顺道尊重自己。　

就像一个人的美丽与否，我们都没有权利去做评价。一个人你认为他／她很丑，只是你没有看到他／她美丽的一面。同样的，一个非常漂亮的人，你可能看到的只是表面，若你看到他／她丑陋的一面，你并不会再有同样的感觉了。况且，美丽与丑的定义，都因人而异。

也许，在某些时候，我们会觉得某个陌生人的外貌另你看不顺眼，甚至讨厌。就算你如何用厌恶的眼神看对方，只要他稍微不做任何恶意的表情，甚至有礼貌的和你微笑，你便会为你自己的动作而感到羞耻。羞耻是因为自己的以貌取人，相比之下也许自己比他们还更加丑陋。

我从来不加以理会陌生人怎样看我。除非他／她们可以在我心目中存有重要的位置。而可以在我心目中占据重要的位置，除了家人、爱人和很要好很要好的朋友之外，别人要怎么看，随便吧！

其实，还有一个人，我非常的在意她对我的看法。那个人，一直陪伴着我，无论是悲伤还是快乐，无论是失落还是喜气，都是与我隐形不离。

我很在乎她认为我是个怎样的人，否觉得我打扮得美不美丽，是否有没有胡乱挥霍，有没有对父母孝顺，有没有做了无法原谅的事，有没有背叛身边的人，有没有不开心，有没有开心等等。。。。。而这个人，就是我自己。

所以今天起，你们也别太在意别人看你的眼光，最重要是你如何看自己，还有在你心中重要的人如何看待自己，因为这些人是真正为你着想和希望你变得更好的人。

So Broke!

This month I am so "broke", just in few second by using Maybank2u, my salary all gone! Paid for the stupid Income Tax, Car Insurance, Car Loan, Personal Insurance and Credit Card. *sad*

Though everyone said paying Income Tax is a good sign, means you earn more and you are "taxable". But I don't really agree because the more you earn and the more you will spend. And after you have spent all, then only it comes to a final stage where you have to pay for it. I have spent all and see! Now I am broke! :(

So boys and girls out there, DON'T look for me in April till end of May, because all my great commitment come in April. Haha! Unless if anyone of you want to spend me free lunch, dinner or happy hour! Deal? Kaka!

毛孔粗大的拯救方法

刚在网上看到如何治疗毛孔粗大和原因，觉得不错，便转载在这。(^_^)

毛孔粗大的拯救方法

首先我们要找出毛孔粗大的原因，对号入座，来看看怎么拯救我们粗大的毛孔！

类型1因油性肌肤而引起：

油性皮肤和混合性的T型部位皮脂分泌特别旺盛，过剩的皮脂堆积在毛囊里，膨胀毛孔，随着年龄的增长，毛孔看起来越来越粗大。

类型2因清洁不当而引起：

皮肤的表皮基底层不断地制造细胞，并输送到上层，待细胞老化之后形成外层老化角质层。长期不正确的清洁皮肤方式，使得其新陈代谢不顺利，无法如期脱落，致使毛细孔扩大。

类型3因肌肤老化而引起：

随着年龄的增加，血液循环逐渐不顺畅，皮肤的皮下组织脂肪层也容易松弛、缺乏弹性，如果再没有给予适当的保养与护理，必会加速老化，毛细孔自然也越加扩大。

类型4因不良习惯而引起：

1.抽烟喝酒：香烟中的尼古丁会让血管收缩，血液循环减慢，于是干燥、老化都提早报到，脸部线条自然下垂，毛孔撑大。还有身体内的酒精含量超标时，促使血液循环加速，毛孔也随之张开，加上喝酒容易造成身体浮肿，毛孔被撑开自然再所难免。

2.随意挤压：在没有专业消毒和器械的情况下自己挤压面疱、粉刺，产生的过度刺激使表皮破裂，一旦伤害到真皮，而真皮缺乏再生功能，便难以产生新细胞，就会留下凹凸疤痕，使毛细孔变得更明显粗大。

3.使用护肤品不当：刺激性的护肤品及长期使用强力杀菌性强力药霜、消炎水等，会使皮肤长期处于亢奋状态，失去正常的防御能力；如再缺少适当的愈合护理，皮肤状态一旦固化，就很难回复原来的样子。

4.过度使用面膜：深层清洁作用的面膜产品首先将毛孔扩开，深入将油分与脏污带出来。使用面膜后的毛孔的确看起来干净清爽，但是不要沉湎于这种感觉而过度使用深层清洁面膜，那样会使皮肤处于亢奋状态，使毛孔撑大后难以复原。

毛孔隐形护理法

不管什么原因导致的毛孔粗大，接下来就是不可避免的肌肤松弛了。而且毛孔不是窗户想开就开想关就观赏，已经粗大的毛孔是任何护肤品和护理方法都 不能缩小到原来样子的。所以我们要做的是从现在做起，掌握正确的清洁方法和以后小心呵护，使粗大毛孔的部位保持清爽洁净，不堆积污物和产生黑头，看起来像 隐形了一样，就是非常理想的状态了！

类型1、2的拯救方案：

定期的深层清洁及去角质工作很重要。每天的清洁都要做到手法正确，温和的去除油脂污垢，避免毛孔中油脂污垢的堆积。洗完脸后，拍上温和的含有收 敛成分的收缩水(或爽肤水)，轻轻由下往上拍打，持续一段时间后会使毛孔看起来细致很多，同时也具有抑制皮脂分泌的效果。油性皮肤要选用清爽保湿的护肤 品，为皮肤保湿的同时不堵塞毛孔。还可以选用控油露来平衡皮肤的油脂分泌。

类型3的拯救方案：

毛孔粗大是由于肌肤老化而引起的，因此控制肌肤衰老速度是当务之急。面部按摩能促进血液循环，促进新陈代谢。现在有男性专用的按摩霜来辅助，按摩后使用精华素和晚霜等都有利皮肤吸收。还有专用的抗皱面贴等为皮肤补充营养。总之，只要护养得当，就可以有效的延缓衰老。

如果可能的话，还可以到专业美容机构做一些面部提升护理，专业美容师的按摩手法和一些辅助仪器也有助于面部肌肤的紧实，较大程度地改善肌肤松弛和毛孔粗大的现象。

类型4的拯救方案：

1.烟酒是首要忌讳的东西，如果你不想在30岁时就有一张50岁的老脸的话，就一定要改掉烟酒过度的习惯。

2.如果脸上出现粉刺、痤疮、面疱等问题，可以使用专业祛痘产品，或者请教皮肤科医生来解决，千万不要自己随便乱挤，因为伤及真皮层，一旦形成疤痕和橘皮脸，就是一生的遗憾啦。

3.使用清爽型的男性专用护肤品和控油产品，使肌肤多一层防护的同时有效控制肌肤的油脂分泌，使毛孔不会因外在的污染而变得越来越大。

4.可以每周做1次具有深层清洁和紧肤效果的面膜，一方面可以吸收多余油脂，还可收敛毛孔。但切切要注意面膜的使用频率及使用方法，以免造成上面所说的情况，适得其反。

10 WAYS TO GREEN YOUR OFFICE
1. Instead of spending money on bottled water, invest in refillable water bottles and glassware—and use the water filtration system in your office kitchen.

2. Before tossing something in the trash, ask yourself if it’s recyclable. If the answer is yes, use the recycling bins in your kitchen and/or copy room.

3.Turn the lights off in offices and conference rooms when they’re not in use.

4. Swap your standard cleaners for non-toxic, natural soaps and sprays and you’ll save yourself and your co-workers from inhaling harmful chemicals.

5. Use the double side printing option when printing large documents. Re-use printed paper for “scrap” paper.

6. Use Ecofont as the default font for everyday documents and you’ll use less cartridge ink over the long term.

7. Designate a bin in your office where employees can donate gently used books, ink pens, binders, supplies and computers to schools, charity stores, libraries or nursing homes.

8. Contact the companies or organizations that send you junk mail and ask to be removed from their lists.

Actually not only Origins, there are many others skincare and cosmetic brands are practicing this, even in major shopping mall are encouraging people not to use or waste their plastic bag, shoebox, and also paper bag.

Besides, plastic bag is really a waste when you do your daily grocerry shopping or buy things from supermarket or shopping mall. Recycling plastic bag is still a waste and do not really help our planet. For me, how many time you would recycle a plastic bag? In the end, you will still dispose it right away after a few usage, isn't it? So, I would prefer not to have them rather than just recycle them.

Some people may also have a wrong perception where they use more paper bag to replace plastic bag. This is actually also not so encourage as the more paper we use, the more trees will be sacrificed!

I know sometimes it is not easy to do it effectively, but do practice and I believe we could make it happen. (^_^)

好男人都绝种了吗？

虽然这个标题蛮对不起也许还存在世界某个角落的好男人，可是说实在的，以我目前为止所见过的男人，可以称得上好男人的，都快绝种了。

其实，也觉得很可惜。也许是因为女人的比率比男人多，所以才会令男人有更多的机会选择和作怪。

可能在看着我写这篇文章的你们（男人女人都好）会在澄清：什么？我也是个好男人啊！/ 我的男朋友（或老公）就是个好男人啊！

你们没错，因为这也要看“好男人”在你们心目中的定义所在了。好男人也是还是有的，可是有哪个男人能够从头到尾都那么从一而终吗？

天底下有哪只猫是不吃腥呢？有哪个男人看到美女会不心动呢？有哪个女人看到帅男不动心呢？对，女人也会。可是女人最起码就可以做到从一而终的为家庭着想，为身边的那个唯一的男人死心塌地，因为有史以来女人的心里就种下了“三从四德”和脱轨就是羞耻的行为。就算另有别案，也是少之又少。

近年来，身边出现过不少男人，也看过不少男人，单身的或已婚的，都缺乏了一份对伴侣的忠诚。

1. 单身的，除了当身边女人当“玩偶”，一夜情算什么？两三夜都不需高谈责任。
2. 有一个女伴的，就埋怨自己的女伴这样不好，那样不好。
3. 也有的不是单身，而且身边有至少一个或以上的女“性”朋友。
4. 有些已婚的，就可以光明正大的和我畅谈他们的女朋友。
5. 有些更加离谱，说他们更不需要女朋友，女人只是婚前的“性伴侣”，要结婚的，就看谁先大肚子吧， 那么那个女的就可以是他的老婆！哈哈！
6. 再不然，就是已婚了，还到处更其他女的“诉苦”他们和老婆如何没有了感情，冷落的他们等等的烂借口。是博同情呢？还是“别有用心”？但是，一旦女的真的天真到相信他们，开始和这些人来往。可是到了最后，便开始再“用心良苦”的告诉她们什么有缘没份，无法离开现在的老婆子女，也“只好”和这些女的分开。说真的，这样的例子我看得多。这头和女的分开，在另一厢已经开始重复伎俩了！

还想要更多活生生的例子？其实不是很想写，因为真的很失望。

这个男人已婚了，认识他将近九年，在我眼里是个好好先生。我连他的女儿也认识。他就是那种对家庭、老婆和子女都尽责，都很好的男人。所以，我和他也很谈得来。因为，起码他得到我的欣赏和尊重。

不过，我也是再一次的看走眼了。

昨天和他闲聊抽菸，他突然很认真的问我关于避孕药的资料。我原以为他是为了和现任老婆要避孕，因为彼此年龄也不小了，便和他一起讨论有关于性和有关性安全的方法。而我也很坦白的告诉他我其实也不了解有关避孕丸的运用，因为我之前的腰子问题，所以医生吩咐过不能服用。

在继续闲聊之下，我才愕然获悉他原来是有多个女朋友。而有些女朋友不喜欢他用避孕套，所以他才担心而想利用其他方法来避免“意外”的发生。

我当时还好声好气的劝他别天真。因为那些所谓的女朋友并不是他的老婆，不要因为贪图一时的快感而惹祸上身，毕竟他并不清楚对方的健康情况，那样做是非常危险的傻事。更何况，他既然珍惜自己的婚姻，会出外偷欢，也是为了开心，并不是想认真的拥有一段长远的关系。何必为了冒险和一时的爽快而导致婚姻破裂，甚至影响自己的健康和未来？为了这些外来的艳遇，而舍弃一段美好的婚姻和家庭，值得吗？

过后他有叫我帮忙想如何安全的避孕方法，我到现在都没有帮他。因为，既然要安全，但是又为何还要去冒险？就算做足安全措施，也不能拥有100%的保障。要彻底安全，除非不做。既然要做，后果就要自负。

有些人，天生就有冒险精神，喜欢刺激。也必须明白，凡是刺激冒险的事，都必须承担一切后果。就如玩bungee jump或者是sky-diving，在跳下的前一刻，都必须签生死书，不是吗？

所以，在跳下去之前，请三思吧！

After Work Indulgence

Yesterday after work went to Pavilion alone to get myself pampered for a mini facial treat by Origins for their members.

I reached there slightly 10 minutes earlier and wait for being pampered. Well, a good point about this mini facial was you are allowed to choose any products or treatment you like. And we called it a mini facial because there will be no extraction and it only take about 20 minutes. Haha!

Well, since it is exclusively for their members and I was invited for a treat of the day, why not? (Furthermore they are someone help me to wash my face and remove the make up, later go home no need to do double work. Syok too!Haha!) And also since I have nothing to do after work, so I made an appointment at 5.30 and dropped by Pavilion right after work. :P
Apologize for the pale face without make up after cleansing and toning. Haha! I have selected their new brightening full skincare series, except the cleansing and exfoliation part. I replaced it with their Never-A-Dull-Moment cleanser and Modern Friction exfoliation cream.

And I am so in-love with the cleanser which makes you feel refresh, clean and yet moiturized. Wanted to buy but it's selling RM88 just for a cleanser. Somehow I have slotted into my "must-buy list". (^_^) I would strongly recommend the Modern Friction exfoliation cream (scrub) too, your skin will definitely looks great in just a glance, and it is suitable for sensitive skin too. But, it's not cheap oh, costs RM200. :P

After the facial, I stopped at this John King Egg Tart's store (Hong Kong Egg Tart King), they sell few different type of egg tarts and also bun. I bought a Curry Siew Pao and few egg tarts for dinner.

But I could not wait to have a bite on the Curry Siew Pao while I was driving home because it was so "cute". But...I was so disappointed because I did not like the taste at all! It just taste like those curry puff selling by the street. The pictures not very clear because all were captured with my mobile phone. Pinky is with my sister now, and will only bring her back home this weekend. (^_^)

Nearly left out something funny when I was queuing to pay at the cashier. There were bunch of "Aunties" talking with the cashier. One of them said: "Soli, what you sweat ahh Cook?? What ah this? Cook ah not cook ah? This lice? Cook ah?" The cashier also did not know how to answer her and said:" All these are very nice!" But the Aunty kept repeating the same by using her "english". Then the lady cashier answered her in Mandarin, and the Aunty did not seem to bother about her. Poor lady.

Okey, we thought they are may be tourists or they couldn't understand Chinese. Just after they have paid, the aunty talked to her friends in MANDARIN! *Fainted*

While it was my turn to pay, I heard the lady cashier complained to her colleague and said:" Can speak Mandarin then speak Mandarin la! Don't know how to speak English but insists to speak."

Well, what should I say? Hmmp, good try Aunty! But when it did create inconvenience and when an appropriate language is required in a communication, speak in a smart way. Do not let the language drives us! We are the one who drives our language.

See! That was my dinner. Hmmp, what a wired combination - Egg tarts with seafood Tomyam soup! Haha! The egg tarts with durian flavours, coffee, white egg and original crispy egg tart.

Well, I thought I could make it on time to work this morning but ended up Late Again! And I am still thinking if I should go for saunna after work at Petronas Twins Tower Gym Centre, Hmmp...

Alright, it is time to go back to work and have a cheerful weekend everyone! Cheers!! (^_^)

零价值的欢乐时光

这个标题，介于零价值的啤酒（零价值是免费的意思），和零价值的酒后行为。

昨天放工后，和朋友到Bangsar South的Sib Pub喝酒。那里新开张，也有免费啤酒喝。多谢Beerbeer的通知，也很开心可以真正认识Kenny，很友善的喝酒达人。

好久没试过那样站着喝酒，和朋友一起聊天。多数的喝酒时间，我都是和朋友坐着慢慢聊天喝酒。

Ivy，一个很可爱的小女生。

当晚人潮相当拥挤，那里的人也相当友善，相当不错环境。我喜欢那种每个人都对你微笑的环境。

只是，有些人的酒后行为就另我们看得痛快，当然那些酒后不负责任的“咸猪手”也可免就免了，不然欢乐气氛也随着酒杯里的酒泡一起蒸发了。 (^_^)


好久没试过这样谈得痛快，和喝得那么自在了。所以，昨晚睡得很好。

挽回一片破碎的瓦片

最近脑袋一直想着同一个问题，在想着一段友情。一段经不起风浪的友谊，是否值得多番挽留？

问题不只是介于价值观的肤浅，而在于是否还有肯付出的意愿和珍惜的态度。

我是个宁可多一个朋友，也不希望多一个与你为敌的人。所以，就算挽留一份在别人眼中只值那区区十元的友谊，但如果是可以让我有个机会见证过一段友情的真与贵，是天价的体验。也许可悲，也会有所失望，可是能够上一堂有价值的课程，还是值得的。

破碎的瓦片，
无论如何挽回，
痕迹依然存在。

挽回后的痕迹，
就算无法如往昔一样，
但是只要不再执著，
还是可以体验另一份破镜重圆的珍贵。

而这一份珍贵，价值也可媲美样貌全新的瓦片。

有缺陷的瓦片，象征着人生的起落，
每一道痕迹都是见证着彼此的耐力与承诺，
也是令人生体验升值的辅助器材。

Happy Earth Day!

This morning turned on radion and tuned to Hits FM as usual on my route to work. And just realized today is Earth Day.

Well, there are some cool questions, directions and answers when the morning crew JJ was trying to make calls to audience. The conversation might not be exactly the same as broadcasted this morning, hope I did not remember it wrong.

Call 1:
JJ: Dress out because you are HOT and created Global Warming! Dress out today and go out plant some tree!

Jasmine: ….(speechless)

(Alright, kindly ignore my earlier post entry which I think also accelerated Global Warming too! Or it did not has any effect at all? Hahahaha!)

Call 2: (this would be more fun)

JJ: This is Mother Earth. It’s Earth Day. What have you done to earth lately? Did you plant a tree or something?

A2 (I forgot his name): Yeah, it’s Earth Day! Yes, I have planted a tree, a curry leaf tree.

JJ: Awesome!

A2: Yes, I want to cook curry today, and I plant to have some curry leaves.

JJ: What? … (speechless)

JJ: Ok, how many times do you bath daily?

A2: 3 times.

JJ: What? You should have cut down to once a day, save up the water!

A2: Ok, then I ask someone to bath together with me. (Yeah, I like this one. I believe all guys would definitely LOVE it since they have excuses to call out girls to bath with them! :P )

JJ: Do recycle your clothes. Wear your jeans once a month, in turn your underwear in-front-out to wear the other side and wear your shirt for few days. (Alright, I think to some extent guys did this before.)

A2: Mother Earth, are you wearing any clothes?

JJ: What do you mean? I am wearing cloth, trees and XX (dunno why it was censored). Hahaha!

(JJ was shocked and did not know how to answer at first. Couldn't help to stop laughing while I was driving, people might thought I was crazy!Muahaha!)

Alright, back into the office after a refreshed morning though I had a sleepless night last night. Only manage to sleep at 4am! Gosh, I just could not help to force myself asleep. *cry*

Just received a early birthday gift voucher (I rather don’t call it as a present) from Slimming Sanctuary in a month advance. It is a voucher with paying only RM388 for 30 faces or body treats! Well, it sounds tempting but will still have to call to find out more. Some “great deals” always come with “great terms & conditions”, you know?

It comes with a CD (or DVD), I don’t know what it is because I can’t play it in the office. I have only CD-ROM in the office. Damn, it is so out-of-date fashion. *sigh*

Oh no!! Someone is trying hard to "transform" herself from a "Wild & Allure" girl to a more "Lovely & Sexy" one.

Gembira-ness Over The Weekend

"Bodoh-ness" is one of my favourite word lately. Don't because of others people bodohness spoil my mood! Yes, please don't! :P

And I do miss the old "JJ & Rudy" so much, and frankly speaking, I don't really fancy the new Hits FM Morning Crew, I want my old gang of morning crew! I want Rudy! Haha!

Alright, back to the topic! Well, as told earlier in my post, I had some great time with my boyfriend over the last weekend. It was just a short trip but I did enjoy so much. I love food, I love beach, and I love sunset! Though the weather was extremely badly hot, and there were almost like no wind at the beachside, but I still enjoy so much quality moments together.

I do not require a well-planned itinerary, quality time is the core point I am always looking at - no matter where to be and who to be with. Of course, if the environment is great, then it would be awesome. Keke!

Took quite many pictures during this trip and let's share some, alright?

The journey started with my department sunshade. Cheese! (^_^)

And we dropped by at Tg Malim to have curry noodle. Yeah, I love "Si Ham" (cockles). *slurppp*

Our room, ok la! Didn't really expect much! But it's a king size bed lor. :P

Went to this Tbowl at Queensbay Mall, that's the toilet bowl I sat on, and I did not Poo Poo on it, See how "clean" it is! Haha!

They served more Asian and western foods and desserts. We had a Tomyam ramen, Kimuchi seafood, Special made sausage, strawbeery-mango dessert in a small bathtub.

The fire-eater (or fire-juggler) at Gurney Drive. Apology from my little pinky, that's the best among the best captured. :P

How can we resist the local delight snacks and dessert for supper? Yummy!
The day meeting up with Desmond and Nico, we went for one of the signature "Char Kuey Teow"(fried flat rice noodles) at Lorong Selamat, Kafe Heng Huat. *thumbs up!* And must mention here is it's all cooked by this "little red riding hood" aunty.

Look at them and you would know how hot the weather was! *sweat* :P Sorry Desmond, no copyright reserved!

Later me and Ken went to Kek Lok Temple walked around. Spotted this little doll right beside the door, and there were so many of them! So lovely! Don't know if they want to follow me home, but in the end, they did not. *sob sob*
The buddha and Kwan Yin statues at the temples and some pictures taken here and there inside the temple. I found something so weird. It's coins underneath the pillar. I do not know what's the purpose of putting this. Wondering if anyone could just explain to me?
Yes, and how coud we miss the Asam Laksa!
At last my favourite spot! The Beach!

We had dinner at this Sunset Bistro. The foods look nice but doesn't taste good at all. But as I always say, the difinition of Quality Time is depends on how you define it. And, I had quality moments that night. (^_^)




And finally I have tried the beer with chocolate ice-cream!
