I want to lose weight!

Time is short and I am still running far behind the target. So, I gotto watch out carefully and be controlled! Well, I am not talking about 2012, but it’s about losing weight. It’s just another 2 more months for the pre-wedding shoot and another 5 months on actual wedding. Gosh, it’s really not easy to cut down inches of stubborn fat. But, I am working hard on it.

Actually, my only ‘secret recipe’ is to watch closely on my daily dietary, get to know your daily Calories needed per day and try not to exceed or find your own way to reduce the Calories consumption. If you do not know what’s is your daily calories, go online and search for a ‘Calories Per Day Calculator’ online, just find one that you feel comfortable. Also take note that the amount of calories will also depends on several factors such as current weight, gender, activity level and age. After knowing your daily calories per day, divide into 3 daily meals and try to control on the balance consumption. Follow the require amount if you want to maintain weight, reduce the amount if you want to lose weight.

well, my calories per day is about 1500, and I am trying not to exceed more then 600-700 per day. Sounds a little crazy, isn't it? But not all the time I manage to practice it, that's why I am trying so hard...haha!

Hopefully by working closely to control the amount of calories taken, I can manage to achieve my target in just a few months. :P

It all depends on what you want to eat and just to make sure it does not contain very high total calories. My daily dietary plan (which has been practicing for a week so far. Haha!)
Morning
- A cup of sugarless Milo with 1 piece of biscuit.
Afternoon (Either 1)
- A large bowl of salads, lots of vegetables and fruits!
- Meehun soup
- A cup of Campbell’s musroom soup with pasta (1 small packet is 89kcal)
- 2 slices of bread and a big apple
Night
- Homecook, eat less rice with lots of vegetables, and less meat.
- Meehun soup (again... sad)

But to be frank, it’s really not easy to go on my day when hunger is haunting. What I can do is to drink plenty of water. I think in order to fasten the process, I should have to exercise more. Hehe! Gambateh!

Haha Vian, I believe majority of girls also want to keep fit nowadays. Actually I just want to lose about 2kg, to make my arm and tummy smaller. And totally agree with u, we are all lack of sport activities. :P
