Low Calories Diet

As mentioned in my earlier post, I have decided on my wedding gowns. In order to make myself to look ‘better’, I have to put on extra effort to lose a little more weight and at least a few more inches of ‘unwanted fat’.

Hence, another intensive plan started today. (Hopefully it will last a little longer and deliver my desire result in the end.) *sweat*

I planned to have just fruits and vegetables to replace one daily meal. This is what I just had for my lunch. :P It’s all veges and fruits! :P

Luckily I like to eat vegetables and fruits. There are all my favourites:- pepper, cucumber, lettuce and apple. (^_^)

Eventhough I like to eat veges and fruits, but having them everyday could be quite 'terrifying'. Haha! Somehow, by adding some of this Japanese Sesame dressing sauce, I have no problem eating salads everyday now. The taste is so great and most important, it's low calories too! I bought it from Isetan supermarket and it's cost around RM14.90.

In order to reduce the feeling of starving, I had a small bowl of Miso soup to complete my meal. It gives my stomach feel warm and more filling but with lower calories consumption.
I know I have too little time for an ideal result, but at least something is better than nothing, right? Furthermore, I think this practice is pretty healthy for body cleansing too. :P
