Low Calories Diet

As mentioned in my earlier post, I have decided on my wedding gowns. In order to make myself to look ‘better’, I have to put on extra effort to lose a little more weight and at least a few more inches of ‘unwanted fat’.

Hence, another intensive plan started today. (Hopefully it will last a little longer and deliver my desire result in the end.) *sweat*

I planned to have just fruits and vegetables to replace one daily meal. This is what I just had for my lunch. :P It’s all veges and fruits! :P

Luckily I like to eat vegetables and fruits. There are all my favourites:- pepper, cucumber, lettuce and apple. (^_^)

Eventhough I like to eat veges and fruits, but having them everyday could be quite 'terrifying'. Haha! Somehow, by adding some of this Japanese Sesame dressing sauce, I have no problem eating salads everyday now. The taste is so great and most important, it's low calories too! I bought it from Isetan supermarket and it's cost around RM14.90.

In order to reduce the feeling of starving, I had a small bowl of Miso soup to complete my meal. It gives my stomach feel warm and more filling but with lower calories consumption.
I know I have too little time for an ideal result, but at least something is better than nothing, right? Furthermore, I think this practice is pretty healthy for body cleansing too. :P

This Weekend!

Finally I have decided on my wedding gown, and this time, we're both like the gown so much. Sorry that I'm not going to post the photos here. Let's wait for another 2 more months, ok? :P

(After trying out the gown, I seriously thinking of implementing an intensive diet plan! *sigh*)

This morning was quite pissed off because of the guy who didn't turn up to do the renovation. Gosh, it was the third time he broke his promises. Therefore, I had nothing much to do now but to have a coffee in a raining evening.

Found something interesting while browsing through the net. Let's check it out and have a fun time watching how a 'professional' people does for their make up. And, he called it a 'cheap prostitute look'! Haha!

放不下

休息了两天，陪伴着爸妈。在一起的时候，真的很开心，可是却是心痛万分。

那天看着爸爸的手绑着量压器，血压度数不停飙升，我的心真的很难过，很痛心。妈妈也一样，只是她非常固执地不愿吃药，也嚷着没那个必要。看着他们苍老的脸庞和疲倦的身躯，我的心情非常难过。

原以为最起码的多些陪伴，可以弥补我无法时常陪伴左右的遗憾。可是现在觉得，这还是不够的。真的不够。除了金钱、陪伴和体谅，我真的不知道要怎么做，才能让他们可以过的好些。

我的心，真的很痛。那种痛，可以说除了想哭，我真的不知道该如何形容。这几天，我的脑袋很重。很辛苦。。。

虽然很多人告诉我，人老了，病痛就自然多。可是，我真的放不下。。。因为，我真的很爱、很爱我的他们。。。

Skincare Re-stock

It's mega sale again and it's just nice when I was just thinking about to re-stock my skincare since my Clinique 3-step is going to finish 'very' soon! The last time I bought Clinique 3-step skincare was on August 2009 (http://www.jesswai.com/2009/08/rm300-jusco.html). Which means it can be used for half a year! Not that bad! :P

Usually I like to buy my skincare during the sale or promotion time. It's because I can get lots of freebies. Haha! (Unless there are needs to buy during non-sale period.)

My favourite basic skincare, the 3-step: Cleanser, toner and moisturiser. I really in love with the result for the past years. Which done a very good job in cleansing, polishing and nourishing.

By spending more than RM330, they are giving out 7 piece free gift which contains of day and night moisturiser, lipgross, eye cream, face scrub, make up remover and body lotion.

Besides, my ex-lover - Kose is also having this promotion set at only RM125 for a full size of face brightening mask and come with free 100ml Sekkesei lotion (one of their signature product) and 70ml Sekkesei emulsion (which can be stand alone as moisturiser).

Guess it will be another year where I don't have to buy any skincare. Haha! But, what would you think? :P

Goddess Clutch

It is cosmetic pallete, and it is a clutch too after take out the pallate. But I never took it out as I do not need a clutch now and it serves my purpose of holding it as a "Cosmetic Clutch"! Hehe!

Well, this was bought from Sephora during my last visit to Singapore with my husband. Which cost me around 55-65 SGD (Don't really remember the price. :P)

This re-usable clutch contains 8 eye shades, 2 cheek shades and 1 lip glow.

Hope I will not allocate too much of my shopping budget at Sephora this coming Hong Kong trip. Hehe! Hong Kong, here I come "again" in two weeks time. Yeah, it's "Again"! I promise myself that I don't want to go Hong Kong anymore after my another coming trip with family. I want to go Japan la!! Or Switzerland! Hoho!

Mandom Cleansing Express

I have heard a lot of good review about this cleansing water online before. And it is now selling at the local drugstore too. It was just happened when I was doing my personal shopping at Watson and it was selling at promotion price which cost me not more than 49 bucks. (Gosh, I've forgotten how much it was selling, 29.90? 39.90? :P). I bought it home because of the word "agecare" that caught my attention.

Actually, I was a bit hesitating whether to buy it because of my best girlfriend's review on the product. According to her review, she doesn't like it because their "poor" cleansing power. Somehow, I insist to give it a try because of the agecare ingredient - Q10.

"Removes even point makeups (eye and lips). Simply wipe off after cleansing. Keeps moisture in your skin after wash. Moisturizing cleansing ingredients instantly removes makeups deep in the pores without drying your skin. No rinse necessary. Perfect for sensitive skin. No preservative, no fragrance, no colorant, no alcohol, no oil. Allergy tested"

As for the result after used, skin did not fee too dry but will feel a little sticky without rinsing with water. I think it was due to their non-drying formula and most importantly, it's pretty convenient where you do not require to rinse off after removing make up. Somehow, I don't really care as after a while, it will not be that sticky anymore. As I don't really put on heavy make up everyday, so the cleansing power is still alright for me, but it will be a little difficult in removing waterproof mascara.

And the consumption of this cleansing water to remove the entire face make up is quite heavy, which I usually need to pump at least 7-10 times and a big bottle of this 300ml waterbased make up remover can only last not more than 2 months at average usage. :P

Anyhow, I will still continue to use this to remove light make up because it is really very convenient. (also very cheap! and... AGE-CARE! Haha!!)

The reason I bought this treament oil is because of the unique bottle design and also the multi-purpose usage of this treatment oil where it can be used on face, body or even on your hair for a shinning moistured result.

The fragrance is very light and smell like grapefruit (but it does not contains grapefruit, I believe...haha)

The texture somehow got a little greesy, but yet it will absorps well after a few minute massage.

神仙水

SKII，相信很多爱美的美眉都有听过吧！

N年前，我是此品牌的使用者。当时我才21岁。也许，有人会觉得我很“富贵”，这么年轻就开始用明星品牌啦？但是请相信我，几年前这品牌的价格并没有这么贵。不过用了大概一年后，我便开始转用其他的牌子，因为那时候爱上了价格比较便宜的Kose，而且一 用便用上几年。直到最近比较“感情泛滥”，同时间使用几家不同的品牌护肤产品，而自分比较常用的有L'occitane和Clinique。

上星期再次经过SKII的专柜，看到超值的促销。购买一瓶75ml的精华露（俗称神仙水），加送一片面膜、40ml的去角质Clear Lotion和一盒化妆棉，售价才仅187元。

由于目前还用着Clinique的去角质toner，所以我都只是直接把神仙水涂抹在脸上，轻拍让皮肤吸收，当作护肤前的护理。(^_^)

而最近，我对某个品牌的精华露非常感兴趣，好想立即把它家的全套系列给带回家。嘻嘻！就是以下这一个瞬间无痕智慧多元抗皱精华（Perfectionist [CP+]）

Busy days after CNY

The weather this few nights were so cooling and comfortable. I had very good sleep lately.

Last night in the middle of my sleep, he suddenly kissed on my forehead. Though I was still sleepy, but I did feel touch at that moment. To my husband-to-be, even though I might not know why your did so, but thank you for loving me. (^_^)

Alright, here comes a few random update of recent activities.

Last weekend went to Ikea with Ken. It was really tired to hunt for our furnitures but we were happy when finally we had made our decision for the wardrobe and TV bench and rack. I think this weekend I will go to get our bathroom set and doors. Hmm...

Time flies and it's another year where we gathered for Lou Sang dinner. Love you guys! (^_^)

It's lunch time, and I have to continue my diet plan after CNY. You know, my diet plan was completely failed during CNY. I had been eating too much and totally lost control. :P Never mind, just hope it will never be too late before the actual day. Haha!

Laneige Strawberry

Lately was quite busy on my pre-wedding preparation. It just another 3 more months to go. And I am looking forward the coming trip with my girlfriends too in April. As usual, I have to plan ahead for our trip itinerary which is still pending on my side. :P

Last two months my friend gave me this Laneige strawberry skincare which I found really good and efficient in polishing dead skin cells. Previously using scrub for a well polish-finish for better skincare absorption. But now with this Strawberry peeling pack, it's so easy to use and skin feel so smooth after used.

Just squeeze a small portion and apply on cleansed face, then gently rub all over the face for about 1 minute. Once the cellulose brings dead skin cells out of the skin, wash off with lukewarm water.

Besides, their Strawberry yogurt mask is very nourishing too. The smell is awesome. It is not really smell too sweet but yet very refreshing.
